Introduction

Welcome to Sunshine Dental LLC. My name is Dr. Amit Kapoor. I am a general dentist practicing in Springfield, Massachusetts. Coming from joint family background, I understand family values and treat patients and their families, providing care for overall oral health. My expertise includes dental implants, cosmetic procedures, dental crowns, dental bridges, and root canal therapy.

I graduated in 2013 from New York University College of Dentistry and thereafter, worked at multiple dental offices in Connecticut and Massachusetts, providing comprehensive quality dental care to families. I also earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Bapuji Dental College in India before moving to the US in 2006. My master’s training in Healthcare Administration (MHA) has taught me the skills to provide patient-centered care and to navigate complex administrative and management systems.

I take pride in serving in the US Army as a reserve dentist. By joining the US Army, I have sharpened my clinical skills as well as skills of teamwork and leadership and learned from the experiences of an outstanding team of healthcare professionals from diverse disciplines and backgrounds.

I am an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and Valley District Dental Society, part of the Massachusetts Dental Society.

My dental team consists of a professional, experienced, and friendly team that is committed to dental excellence. Our goal is to involve patients in their care, guide, and educate them about all treatment options and work together to achieve the best outcomes. We want to give you a perfect smile.
